I was born and raised in El Paso and graduated from Socorro High School. Upon graduation I moved to California for almost a decade, however it never felt quite like home. Decided that California’s fast pace life style was no place to raise my child. There is no place like home and since most of my relatives live in El Paso I moved back to my home town in 2001. My definition of home is a place where you can find peace and tranquility. Coming home was not exactly what I was hoping for as moving is hard without employment or a place to call home. Upon my return to El Paso I became a life insurance agent with New York Life. During my seven years at New York Life it was a difficult period in my life as no one would give me a chance or guidance to progress my career. I was introduced to the One Realty El Paso family and they were able to give me guidance in becoming a proud home owner and thus giving me a sense of accomplishment. Being around One Realty made me feel like I was part of their family and that they really cared about me and looked out for my best interests during the purchase of my home. At that point I decided that this was the atmosphere that I wanted to be associated with and thus I became a Realtor. Being a Realtor allows me to assist home buyers and guide them as I was guided through my home buying process. I believe strongly in “Paying It Forward” and it gives me a great sense of joy to hand over keys to a new home buyer as they will now have the opportunity to have a place where they can find peace and tranquility.
